Our app sells digital codes and digital recharge cards (e.g., PlayStation Store, iTunes, mobile game cards). These products are non-tangible and non-returnable once delivered and revealed.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital code is delivered to your account or displayed within the app, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
3. Exceptions – Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged but did not receive the purchased digital code.
- The digital code is proven to be invalid or non-functional, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You made a duplicate purchase by mistake (within 24 hours, and only if the codes were not revealed).
- There was an unauthorized transaction (must be reported immediately, with proof).
All requests are subject to our verification process. Misuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. Provide the following details:

- Item purchased

5. Refunds via App Stores
If you purchased the item via:
- Google Play: You may request a refund directly through the Google Play Store support portal.
- Apple App Store: Apple handles all transactions directly. Please request a refund via your Apple ID purchase history.
We do not control the refund process for purchases made through Google or Apple platforms.
6. Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor transactions to prevent fraud and abuse. Any misuse of codes or attempts to resell redeemed codes may result in account termination and refusal of future purchases.
